Who is Propag?
Propag is a platform for managing paid groups and channels on social networks like Telegram. We handle VIP channel customers, billing, and payments. Propag is not responsible for the published content, nor do we own the groups, we just partner to help control and administer the users.
Is my data protected?
Do not worry! By purchasing through the Propag platform, your financial data is highly protected and will not be shared with anyone, not even the sellers on our platform.
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit cards or PayPal. All purchases are upfront, unless utilizing recurring subscriptions directly with a credit card. Personal data must be filled accurately when checking out.
Will I be notified before my plan expires?
Yes, we will notify you through the Telegram Bot when your plan is about to expire, as well as on the expiration date. Do not block the bot and keep notifications enabled.
I paid and didn't get access. What happened?
Your access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. If it hasn't happened yet, there might be a bank processing delay, a blocked bot, or you purchased under the wrong account. Contact Support.
Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 7 days. Refunds are only available for the first purchase of a product. Contact the Support team directly to request it.
